you should check out the killeen poetry jam that happens each friday at the cuckoo’s nest , corner of 2nd and veterans, at 8pm. it’s open mic and occasionally there’s a featured poet or artist.. did i mention we’re #3 in the nation?

i love the cuckoo’s nest, its very different from what im used to, but i love the people and they all get along. its like a family (:
