Jonathan is originally from Texas but grew up in Singapore and the Philippines . After graduating from the Singapore American School, he received his bachelors at Georgia Tech. Jonathan moved to Killeen in December 2008 and is the Director of Marketing for the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce.

Jonathan is married to Elizabeth Packer, of Tyler, TX and has one daughter Aida, who is 5.

The reason I chose Mom’s Hot Roti for the first restaurant blog is because it reflects the diversity that makes Killeen great. Trinidad and Tobago has one of the most interested demographic heritages in the world, and I think that Killeen has one of the most interesting demographic heritages in Texas.
