Shay is from Leavenworth, Kansas and a graduate of the University of Kansas. She is a thirty-something Army wife who moved to Killeen in February 2011. She lives with her husband Dan, an Army Major, and they enjoy exploring Central Texas, especially anything having to do with food, wine or beer.
