I love fried chicken gizzards, and since I am on a diet, I both crave them and I need to avoid them.
So this post is either going to satisfy my craving or be kinda like going grocery shopping when hungry. Yikes.
There are two places I know of to get gizzards: Bush’s Chicken and Mickey’s (Yes the gas station one) Convenience Stores. Mickey’s is my favorite. At Mickey’s there are two kinds: regular and spicy. For about $3.50 you can get a regular size gizzard and a 32 oz fountain drink.
Anyone out there want to eat some gizzards in my name? You may see me at the Mickey’s on Trimmier sometime soon, when I can no longer resist the temptation.
Anyone else have a guilty food pleasure and a place in Killeen you indulge it?
